7/7/25 - SERVICE UPDATE
Update on service. All efforts to maintain the fleet of vehicles that were recently acquired has been futile. We have been feeling the same pain with these issues as you, our customers have. We have new vehicles in procurement to arrive this week to resolve these concerns for our customers. This has been a clear and painful situation for everyone involved on both sides and will be remedied this week. We cannot apologize enough for the recent setbacks and service related to these concerns. We understand and empathize with the frustrations and appreciate the ongoing patience and understanding to this point. Your service and satisfaction is priority to us. The recent events have been insurmountable and unacceptable despite all efforts to the contrary, which have been many. Investments to resolve are underway.
