Unfortunately we are aware of delays and being limited on resources, I am unable to answer and attend to every call or message and still prioritize getting equipment operational which is priority #1.
While we have invested in newer, late model trucks, they take an incredible amount of abuse and need constant attention. We are utilizing one vehicle right now due to the parts needed for emissions no longer being serviceable or available. Working with the manufacturer on work arounds for this situation as it renders our otherwise good truck inoperable. With the one vehicle, and recent operator circumstances, we are working to get everyone picked up as soon as possible. Working through the night to do so.
